Mr. Ferrante:  I’d just like to thank everyone again and I look forward to the next four years of serving on the Council and I wish everyone here a Happy and Healthy New Year.

President Mania:  Mr. Perkins.

Mr. Perkins:  Thank you, Mr. President.  First off, I’d like to wish everybody Happy New Year.  Thank you for coming out, John, I appreciate your being here this evening to assist us in our Reorganization.  It’s a rather compact one this year as the weather obviously has dictated.  I want to thank all of the residents of Mount Olive Township who see fit to put me here in this chair in my fourth consecutive term.  I will try to live up to your expectations.  Obviously, I’ve taken a stand on some issues, but that comes with the office.  Thanks again everybody.  Happy New Year.  I look forward to John, your leadership and backup, I have Mr. Nicastro.  Thank you.

President Mania:  Thank you, Mr. Perkins.  Just want to recognize Freeholder David Scapicchio, former Mayor of Mount Olive.

Mr. Scapicchio:  Thank you, John.  Happy New Year to everybody.  Congratulations.

Mr. Amianda:  Thank you.

Mr. Perkins:  And the Mayor.

President Mania:  Alex.

Mr. Roman:  First off, I’d like to congratulate Daniel Amianda for joining us on the Council here and congratulations to you Mr. Mania for being elected President.  I look forward to your outstanding leadership and once again I am looking forward to a wonderful New Year being able to help the residents of Mount Olive.  Thank you.

Mr. Nicastro:  Welcome, Daniel again and congratulations to the other Council people who got elected and yourself as President.  I look forward to working with you and everyone.

President Mania:  You too as Council Vice President.  Congratulations.  I just want to thank the residents of Mount Olive, I want to thank my Council members for having the faith to elect me as their President.  I will do the upmost to continue what the Administration has started to make Mount Olive a pleasant place to…”the place to live.”  We will strive for that, Mayor.  I wish everybody a Happy New Year and when you leave here, please drive safely.  God Bless You, all.  I want to ask the Mayor if he has anything.

Mayor Greenbaum:  I would just like to congratulate you John on your ascendency to the Council Presidency and to Joe for Vice Presidency.  I will be giving my State of the Union address on January 14, at our next

Council Meeting.  To let you know, that thanks to your stewardship, your conservative stewardship, Mount Olive financially is in extremely good shape for the next few years going forward.  I expect to be presenting a budget which has a zero increase this year and in 2015 actually has a decrease in Municipal Taxes going forward.  I do see a trend going forward where Mount Olive will be able to decrease taxes on the Municipal side for the next couple of years coming if everything comes to fruition.  I know that compared to other towns who I’ve spoken to, we are in incredibly good shape in terms of our financial aspect looking forward.  I apologize for being late, but I congratulate everyone sitting up here for the job that they’ve done in terms of taking Mount Olive in the right direction.

President Mania:  Thank you Mayor.  Motion to adjourn.

ADJOURNMENT - Motion made and seconded. All in favor, none opposed, the meeting was adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
