1. Authorizing the cancellation of taxes on block 7702, lot 16.01, 0-2 open space

Property now owned by Twp. As Open Space

2. Authorizing the cancellation of taxes on block 3203, lot 21, 20 Stonewald Ct Dr

Property now owned by Twp.

3. Authorizing the cancellation of taxes on block 3203, lot 28, 23 Stonewald Ct Dr

Property now owned by Twp.

4. Requesting approval from the Director of the Division of Local Government Services for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2017 Municipal Budget ($5,500 for Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over-Labor Day Crackdown)

Standard resolution to amend the budget to appropriate grant funds received and establishing an offsetting appropriation

5. Commending Gladys Thomson for her service to the Mount Olive Township Police Department as a Crossing Guard

6. Approving a vendor service contract pursuant to pay to play law (Mt. Olive Hardware/ Amish Mike)

(Revised resolution to increase the amount that can be expended for various materials)

7. Authorizing the use of a purchasing contract for 2017 (ARF Rental Services Inc.)

Standard contract using the Cooperative Purchasing Program for various services & materials – portable sanitation units

8. Authorizing the use of a purchasing contract for 2017 (CDW Government) Standard contract using the Cooperative Purchasing Program for various services & materials - computers

9. Authorizing the use of a purchasing contract for 2017 (Tilcon New York, Inc.)

Standard contract using the Cooperative Purchasing Program for various services & materials – road resurfacing

10. Authorizing the use of purchasing contracts for 2017 (Data Communications Equipment, CDW-G, D&L Paving Contractors, Inc.)

Revising previously awarded coop contracts to reflect correct contract id numbers

11. Awarding a professional services agreement to Integra Realty Resources in connection with the appraisal of property

Standard resolution authorizing a contract for the appraising of property for possible purchase by the Township

12. Approving the appointment of Andrew Tatarenko as Business Administrator/ Qualified Purchasing Agent

This revises the resolution adopted at the last Council meeting to change the technical title of the appointment to accommodate PERS rules governing the appointment.  This allows the appointee to continue his participation in the PERS system wherein his pension is based upon involvement in PERS and DCRP programs whereas the original resolution would require that he only be in the DCRP program

13. Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Developer’s Agreement with P.A. Carsillo & Sons, Inc.

Ordinance for First Reading:

  • Amending Ordinance #27-16 which established salaries for the Mayor, Council, Department Heads, Supervisory Personnel and Employees of the Townships Clerk’s Office. 

The existing salary ordinance only reflects the salary for the prior administrator.  The proposed ordinance provides a range which would accommodate the new Administrator.
