Ord.#15-2017 An Ordinance to Amend and Supplement Chapter 550 “Land Use” to Revise Article VII, “Zoning District Use and Bulk Regulations”, §550-101, Subsection B and §550-103, Subsections  A, F, G, and I to Permit Billboards in Certain Nonresidential Zone Districts as a Conditional Use and to Provide Specific Standards For Both Static and Digital Billboards and to Identify Those Zone Districts Wherein Either Static or Digital Billboards Shall Be Permitted as a Conditional Use.
